Second time I’ve used Ben and he was excellent again. I had a leaky hot-water connection to my washer and water was spraying everywhere (a DIY attempt made it worse). Ben immediately understood what was happening, gave me a quote on the spot, and the final price matched the quote exactly. He arrived right at 7:00am and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He’s been a plumber for 15+ years and owns the company, so it’s great working directly with the owner/master plumber. Reasonable pricing, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend. 1st review Ben was fantastic. He was quick to respond, up front about his pricing and on-time. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his willingness to do a better than good job. Would I hire him again? Absolutely. A good guy, a good job, and good pricing. Just what you’re looking for in a plumber. And he cleaned up after himself!
The team is great, and the owner/operator Harley, answered my call and set up a time with me on a Sunday! We discussed my hot water heater, and they will also handle my other plumbing needs in the future, including ongoing water heater maintenance.
Our son just bought his first house and wouldn’t you know it, the first night we spent there, the sewer line backed up and overflowed. On a Sunday morning, we called Whitestone Plumbing. We randomly picked them because they were close and it looked like the owner was actually the person doing the work. In fact, Harley(Ben), the owner answered our call and said he would be there in less than 2 hours. Remember, this is Sunday morning. He arrived early, did not charge extra for a weekend call and quickly found the issue using state of the art equipment. He got us up and running quickly and scheduled a day to come back and fix the problem (roots in the sewer line). That was done just like he said he would and we didn’t even have to be there. Harley was very professional, did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and we feel his prices were very fair. We are from a small town and have grown to expect this kind of service. We never expected to find this in a large metropolitan area, but that’s exactly what we got with Whitestone Plumbing. We highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to call again for our plumbing needs.
I called Whitestone Plumbing for an urgent job for my leaking main line. They showed up in 1 hr and fixed the issue professionally! Great service.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. I accidentally broke my PRV valve while trying to adjust my home’s water pressure and found myself in a bind on a Sunday. Whitestone Plumbing responded quickly and arrived within an hour of my call. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the issue right away. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Whitestone Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional plumber.
Ben from Whitestone Plumbing was really nice, very attentive and responsive. He got here and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. It was such an easy experience, and he was just a really nice person overall. He took care of the issue right away and even mentioned he wouldn’t charge me if he wasn’t able to unclog my toilet, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Whitestone Plumbing!
Ben was amazing! He showed up exactly when he said he would. Was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. He was able to clear a drain that someone else wasn't able to clear. He located the issue (my AC drains to that sink!), worked hard to clear the clog, then showed me how I could do maintenance to keep it clear. VERY fair pricing as well. Would definitely call him again!
Ben helped me cleaned the washer drainage today. He is punctual , professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and skilled. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!
Ben is fantastic! Called on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to arrive within 30 minutes. And he also gave me a quote over the phone after I described my problem. Fast and reliable!
Best plumber ever. My instance Whitestone was 1/2 of the quotes i got from 3 others. Previous home owners had installed a water softener and done the piping themselves. It was poorly done, overly complicated and looked like hammered crap. I sent Whitestone pics of the spaghetti install. Whitestone replaced and upgraded the pvc nightmare to copper. As an aside, i don't normally trust service repair persons to be there when I am not home. I had no issues with Whitestone. Would easily give them the key and let them work when I wasn't home. Also, they cleaned up their mess. I have had electricians and plumbers make a mess, leave it, and insist it's not their problem. Whitestone treated my home like their own.
Ben is FANTASTIC! Showed up promptly, was reasonable with his pricing and did high quality work. I already know who I am calling for my next repairs and projects. Great personable guy doing what is right by his customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Great experience with Ben! He came out at the end of the day to address a leaking water heater. He got here quickly and did quality work. Highly recommend!
Whitestone is awesome! Our shower would not turn off we had to shut the water to our house off and needed someone to come out immediately. They came out right away, fixed the problem, and were kind and efficient! Highly recommend!
I had the please to have Ben with WHITESTONE PLUMBING come out to my house to see what caused the water leak I had. He conducted his inspection and provided me with an estimate. I will come back to him to replace my water heater. Ben is very professional, polite, well dressed and easy going guy. I recommend highly. Linda
Fantastic experience. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday and they were able to come out immediately. They did great work, were super friendly, and had a reasonable price. I love supporting local businesses and plan on using Whitestone Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!!
Had a small indoor plumbing issue, and despite the lack of urgency, Whitestone Plumbing was able to get us in same day, within a few hours of calling. They gave us a very fair price. Our issue was fixed in minutes. I could not be happier; would recommend and will use again in the future.
Fantastic service. Called on a Friday afternoon and was at the front door in less than 30 minutes. Fixed my problem quickly and effectively with great communication. Would definitely recommend. Will be using Whitestone in the future.
10/10 top notch service from a locally owned business. Had an emergency water heater replacement after our old one went kaput. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest and kind. He gave us great tips on proper maintenance to get the most out of our new water heater and was happy to answer all of our questions. He made sure all questions were answered before he left. We are very confident with Ben’s work and will continue doing business with Whitestone plumbing might we need them. Thanks again!
Had an RPZ crack by the outside spigot which started dumping water all over my yard. I called Whitestone Plumbing and they immediately came out to stop the leak. That same day they had a replacement part ordered and scheduled for a couple days later. I couldn't be happier with the service.
I called about a replacing a faucet in my spare bathroom. Ben diagnosed the problem and offered a variety of solutions. I would use Whitestone for any job big or small.
Great communication, very prompt service timing and good pricing. Thank you again for your help!
We were experiencing really low water pressure in our master bathroom faucets, and Whitestone came out the next business day. Within an hour, the problem was fixed without using any of the parts they thought might be needed. Very honest, reliable, and happy to answer other plumbing questions we had!
Ben was awesome in about every way! I had a pipe freeze and he came right on over and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommended!!!!!!
We had an outdoor pipe crack during the recent freeze and had water gushing out causing a flood in our yard. I'm so glad we called Whitestone plumbing. Having your water shut off for any period of time can be awful but thanks to them we were up and running in no time. The service was excellent and they were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for our future needs. Thanks again so much for taking care of our family when we were in such a bind.
Great service, fast, and keeps you up to date. I definately would recomend to a friend.

Water Supply Lines in Cedar Park, TX
The main water service line is the underground pipe that connects your home to the municipal water meter at the street. In Central Texas, these lines are often subjected to ground shifting and root intrusion, which can lead to sudden cracks or slow leaks. We use specialized equipment to detect underground issues and provide professional repairs with minimal disruption to your landscaping. If the line is made of outdated materials like thin-walled plastic or galvanized steel, we may recommend a full replacement for long-term security. Our team ensures the new line is buried at the correct depth to prevent accidental damage and freezing. A reliable main service line is the foundation of your home’s entire plumbing system.
Interior water supply lines distribute water throughout your walls and floors to reach your sinks, toilets, and showers. Over time, original copper pipes can develop pinhole leaks due to the minerals and chemicals in the local water supply. We specialize in locating these hidden leaks behind drywall using non-invasive technology and providing precise, permanent repairs. If your home has multiple leaks, we can discuss the benefits of a partial or full repipe using flexible PEX tubing. PEX is resistant to scale and much less likely to burst during a freeze, making it an excellent choice for our climate. We ensure every new connection is watertight and meets all local building codes for your safety.
High water pressure is a common but silent threat to the health of your water supply lines in many local neighborhoods. If the pressure entering your home is above 80 PSI, it puts immense stress on every joint, valve, and supply hose in the house. We can install a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) to keep your home’s plumbing at a safe and consistent level for your fixtures. This simple device significantly extends the life of your entire system and prevents sudden pipe bursts or “water hammer” noises. Our technicians check your static water pressure as part of our standard diagnostic process during every service call. Protecting your home from excessive pressure is a cost-effective way to avoid expensive water damage and repair bills.
The flexible supply hoses connecting your toilets and faucets to the wall are often the weakest link in your plumbing system. Many homeowners overlook these lines, but an old or brittle hose can burst without warning and cause a massive flood in your home. We use reinforced, braided stainless steel supply lines that offer superior durability and resistance to kinking or bursting. During our service visits, we inspect these connections and recommend replacements if they show signs of rust or wear. Upgrading these small components is an affordable way to add a layer of security to your bathroom and kitchen. We ensure every nut is hand-tightened and then secured to prevent leaks without damaging the threads.
Shut-off valves at each fixture allow you to isolate specific areas of your home for repairs without turning off the main water. If your valves are old, seized, or leaking from the stem, they will not provide the protection you need during a plumbing emergency. We install high-quality, quarter-turn ball valves that are much more reliable and easier to operate than traditional multi-turn valves. Having functional shut-off valves is essential for modern home maintenance and safety compliance in Cedar Park. Our team can replace your old, crusty valves during a service visit to ensure your system is fully manageable. We take pride in the technical excellence and thoroughness of our valve and supply line upgrades for our neighbors.
Properly securing and bracing your water supply lines prevents the vibration and noise often associated with high water flow. If pipes are allowed to rattle against the framing, it can lead to fatigue in the joints and eventually cause a leak inside your walls. We use professional-grade hangers and insulators to ensure your plumbing remains quiet and stable throughout the house. Our technicians also check that pipes in unconditioned spaces, like attics or garages, are properly insulated to prevent freezing. Insulation also helps maintain the temperature of your hot water as it travels from the heater to your shower. We value the small details that make a significant difference in the daily performance and longevity of your home’s piping.
Hiring a professional for your water supply line needs ensures that your home’s infrastructure is handled by an expert who cares about quality. Ben Helton oversees all operations at Whitestone Plumbing to ensure our high standards for technical accuracy and customer service are always met. We understand the specific plumbing requirements of the local area and ensure your home remains safe and code-compliant. We use only professional-grade components that are rated for the pressures and temperatures of residential water systems. Our team is dedicated to providing a clean and professional experience from the initial estimate until the final test. Trust us for the most reliable water supply line services in the Cedar Park community.

What Makes A Top Rated Water Supply Lines
A top-rated water supply lines service is defined by technical precision and a commitment to long-term system reliability. The best plumbers use high-quality materials, such as Type L copper or professional-grade PEX, to ensure every line is built to last for decades. Reliability is key, which means the technician performs thorough pressure testing to verify that every joint is watertight before sealing a wall or backfilling a trench. Clear and upfront pricing ensures the homeowner feels respected and understands the scope of the infrastructure project. A 5-star provider is fully licensed and insured, adhering to all local Cedar Park building codes and safety regulations. Technicians should be able to identify systemic issues like high water pressure and provide honest recommendations for protection, such as installing a pressure-reducing valve. Good communication helps the customer understand the benefits of modern piping materials and how to maintain their system’s health. A professional job also includes a clean workspace and a thorough check of all fixtures to ensure consistent flow. Finally, a local owner who stands behind the craftsmanship provides the accountability that homeowners deserve for their property’s water security.
Most Common Water Supply Lines Questions
Maintaining the lines that deliver water to your family leads to many important questions about material choice, safety, and performance. Here are the most common inquiries we receive regarding professional water supply line services in our local area.
Sudden leaks in water supply lines are often caused by high water pressure, corrosion, or ground movement around your home. If your home’s water pressure is too high, it puts constant stress on the pipe joints until one finally gives way. Corrosion is common in older copper pipes, where the minerals in the local water can eat through the metal over several decades. In Central Texas, the shifting clay soil can also put physical stress on the main service line, causing it to crack or pull apart. We use specialized diagnostic tools to find the root cause of the leak and provide a permanent, professional repair for your home.
If you have noticed a sudden drop in water pressure or a soggy spot in your yard, it is a sign of a significant leak. We prioritize these service calls to stop the water waste and protect your home’s foundation from moisture damage. Our technicians are experts at locating hidden leaks behind walls and under the floor using non-invasive technology. We provide an honest recommendation on whether a simple patch or a larger pipe replacement is the best value for your property. Our 5-star service includes a thorough check of your home’s static pressure to prevent future leaks from occurring. Trusting a professional ensures your home’s infrastructure is restored to a safe and reliable condition.
Another cause of leaks can be the use of improper fittings or “quick fix” products by previous owners or unlicensed workers. These temporary solutions often fail under the high pressure of a residential water system and lead to even more expensive repairs later. We use only professional-grade materials and techniques that are designed to last for the life of your home. Our team has over 20 years of experience navigating the unique plumbing challenges of the Cedar Park community. We take pride in the durability and precision of our work, ensuring every joint is perfectly sealed and secure. You can count on Whitestone Plumbing for honest answers and elite technical care for every water supply line project you have.
Replacing old copper with PEX is a popular choice for many Cedar Park homeowners because PEX is resistant to corrosion and mineral scale buildup. PEX is a flexible material that can be snaked through walls with fewer joints, which significantly reduces the risk of future leaks. It is also much less likely to burst during a freeze because the plastic can expand slightly without breaking. If your current copper pipes have had multiple pinhole leaks, a full or partial PEX repipe is often the best long-term value. We offer both materials and can help you decide which is best for your specific home and budget. Our goal is to provide a reliable water distribution system that gives you peace of mind.
While PEX is excellent for most applications, copper is still a high-quality material that is naturally resistant to bacteria and UV light. Many homeowners prefer copper for its proven track record and the fact that it is a fully recyclable material. We ensure that whichever material you choose, the installation is performed by a licensed professional who understands the specific requirements of each. Our 5-star service includes a thorough walkthrough of the pros and cons of each material for your family’s needs. We provide clear, upfront pricing for the project so you can make an informed decision about your home’s infrastructure. Trust Whitestone Plumbing for the most professional and reliable piping advice in the local community.
If we are performing a repair, we can often integrate PEX into your existing copper system using professional transition fittings. This allows us to fix a specific problem area without the cost of a full home repipe if the rest of your pipes are healthy. We use high-quality, certified materials that meet all national and local safety standards for drinking water. Our technicians are skilled at both soldering copper and professionally crimping PEX connections for a secure seal. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction on every single job we do. You can rely on our 20 years of experience to help you find the best solution for your home’s water supply lines. Trust us for the most professional and transparent plumbing service in the Central Texas area.
A leaking main service line is often indicated by a sudden, unexplained spike in your monthly water bill or low pressure inside the house. You might also notice a damp area in your lawn or a patch of grass that is unusually green and lush compared to the rest. If you hear the sound of running water when all your indoor faucets are turned off, the leak is likely in the buried line. We recommend checking your water meter to see if the leak indicator is spinning when no water is being used in the home. If the meter is moving, it confirms that water is escaping somewhere between the meter and your house.
Underground leaks can erode the soil around your foundation or under your driveway, leading to expensive structural damage if left unaddressed. We use non-invasive technology, such as ground microphones and tracer gases, to find the exact location of the leak without digging up your yard. Once the leak is found, we provide an honest recommendation on whether to repair the spot or replace the entire line. If your service line is old and made of failing materials, a full replacement is often the most cost-effective long-term solution. Our team handles the entire process, including the professional excavation and the connection to the city meter for you. We prioritize these major leaks to restore your service and protect your property from further loss.
Ground movement and tree roots are common causes for these buried water lines to fail in the Cedar Park and Austin areas. We ensure the new service line is made of durable materials like Type K copper or high-density poly that are designed for direct burial. Our 5-star service includes a thorough cleanup and the restoration of your landscaping after the plumbing work is finished. Ben Helton oversees all operations to ensure every client receives elite care and reliable results on every visit. You can rely on our 20 years of experience to handle even the most challenging underground plumbing projects with skill. Trust Whitestone Plumbing for the most professional and thorough main water service line repairs and installations available today.
A pressure-reducing valve (PRV) is a device that lowers the high-pressure water from the city main to a safe and consistent level for your home. Most residential plumbing systems are designed to operate at pressures between 40 and 60 PSI for optimal safety and performance. If your home’s pressure is above 80 PSI, it can cause frequent leaks, running toilets, and damage to your expensive water-using appliances. In many Cedar Park neighborhoods, the city pressure is much higher than what is safe for your interior pipes. We can install a PRV to protect your entire system from the “creeping” pressure that leads to sudden plumbing failures and high repair bills.
If you already have a PRV but notice that your water pressure is fluctuating or that your faucets are making a thumping sound, the valve may have failed. These valves have internal rubber components that eventually wear out and allow high pressure to enter your home’s plumbing. We can quickly test your system’s pressure and replace a faulty PRV to restore the safety and comfort of your home. Our technicians include a pressure check as part of our standard diagnostic process during every service visit for your peace of mind. We provide clear, honest pricing for the installation of high-quality, adjustable valves that give you full control over your home’s water pressure. Trusting a professional ensures your home remains protected from the silent threat of excessive water pressure.
Installing a PRV is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of your water heater, dishwasher, and washing machine. By stabilizing the pressure, you reduce the wear and tear on the delicate internal valves and seals of these expensive appliances. Our 5-star service commitment means we focus on preventative measures that save our clients money and prevent future emergencies. We take the time to explain how the valve works and how to monitor your home’s pressure over time. Our team is dedicated to providing the best technical solutions and elite care for every neighbor we help in the community. You can count on Whitestone Plumbing for the most reliable and professional water pressure management services available today. We are the trusted experts that Central Texas families rely on for quality work and integrity.
A loud thumping or banging noise in your pipes is a phenomenon known as “water hammer,” which occurs when a valve closes quickly. This causes a shockwave of pressurized water to bounce back through the system, rattling the pipes against the framing of your home. Water hammer is often a sign of high water pressure or the lack of proper water hammer arrestors in your plumbing system. Over time, the repeated vibration of water hammer can loosen your pipe joints and lead to leaks behind your walls or ceilings. We can diagnose the root cause and provide professional solutions to silence your plumbing and protect your home’s infrastructure.
Installing water hammer arrestors at your washing machine or dishwasher is a simple way to absorb these pressure spikes and eliminate the noise. These small devices contain an air-filled chamber that acts as a cushion for the moving water, preventing it from crashing into the valves. Our technicians also check that all your water supply lines are properly secured with professional-grade hangers and supports. If your home’s pressure is too high, installing a new pressure-reducing valve is the best way to stop water hammer at the source. We provide clear pricing and honest answers for all of our noise-reduction and pipe stabilization services in the local area. Trusting a professional ensures your home remains quiet and your plumbing stays secure for the long term.
Ignoring water hammer can lead to sudden pipe bursts and expensive water damage restoration costs for a homeowner. The constant stress on your pipes can also wear out the seals in your faucets and toilets prematurely, leading to frequent “silent” leaks. We recommend calling us for a professional inspection the moment you notice unusual noises coming from your walls or utility room. Our 5-star service includes a thorough check of your system’s layout and the condition of all visible water supply lines. We use our 20 years of experience to identify the most effective and least invasive fix for your home’s noisy plumbing. You can count on Whitestone Plumbing for a fast, reliable, and professional response to all your piping concerns and safety needs.
Flexible braided supply lines typically have a service life of about five to ten years before the internal rubber starts to degrade. Even though the exterior is reinforced with stainless steel, the internal hose can become brittle and burst without any warning. We recommend having these lines inspected annually and replaced proactively to prevent a major flood in your bathroom or kitchen. A burst supply line can release hundreds of gallons of water into your home in just a few minutes, leading to massive property loss. We use high-quality, professional-grade hoses that offer the best reliability and resistance to kinking for our clients. Upgrading these lines is a small investment that provides a high level of security for your property.
If you notice any signs of rust on the metal nuts or if the hose feels stiff and inelastic, it is time for an immediate replacement. We also look for “bubbles” or bulges in the hose that indicate the internal structure is starting to fail under pressure. Our technicians check these connections during every service visit to ensure your home remains safe and dry for your family. We never use cheap plastic nuts or low-quality hoses that are prone to cracking or stripping over time. Our 5-star service includes ensuring every connection is perfectly sealed and that the shut-off valve is functioning correctly for you. We provide honest recommendations on the best maintenance practices to keep your home’s water supply lines in top condition. Trusting a professional ensures your bathroom and kitchen remain functional and your home stays protected.
Many homeowners only think about their supply lines when they are installing a new faucet or toilet in their home. However, replacing them during a routine maintenance visit is a much smarter and more cost-effective way to manage your home’s plumbing. We carry a wide variety of lengths and sizes on our service trucks to handle these replacements quickly and easily for you. Our 20 years of experience allow us to identify the most reliable brands and models for your specific plumbing fixtures. Ben Helton oversees all our quality standards to ensure every Cedar Park client receives elite care and professional results on every visit. You can rely on our integrity and expertise to help you protect your biggest investment with smart preventative care. Trust Whitestone Plumbing for the most reliable and professional supply line services available in the Central Texas region today.
Hiring a licensed plumber for water supply line work is essential for ensuring your home’s system is safe, efficient, and fully code-compliant. Working with pressurized water lines requires a deep understanding of plumbing physics, material compatibility, and local building regulations. A licensed professional has the training to properly size the pipes, secure the connections, and ensure that the water remains uncontaminated. They also carry the necessary liability insurance to protect you and your property in the unlikely event of an accident or leak. Unlicensed work can lead to significant safety hazards, including cross-connections and dangerous floods that ruin your home’s structure. Your family’s safety and your home’s value are far too important to trust to anyone other than a qualified professional plumber.
Licensed professionals have access to high-quality materials and specialized tools that are not available to the general public at basic hardware stores. We use commercial-grade fittings and pipes that are designed to last for several decades under the pressures found in modern residential systems. Our experience allows us to identify potential plumbing risks, like failing valves or high static pressure, before they become expensive emergencies for you. We also handle the entire permit process, ensuring that your installation is recorded and inspected by the local building authorities when required. This documentation is essential if you ever decide to sell your home or need to make an insurance claim in the future. We provide a 5-star service experience that reflects our commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards in the plumbing trade.
At Whitestone Plumbing, we take our responsibility as water system specialists very seriously for every neighbor we help in Cedar Park. We treat every home as if it were our own, prioritizing technical accuracy and customer satisfaction above everything else in our work. Our team is dedicated to providing honest advice and elite service for every client we serve in the local community and surrounding areas. We offer free estimates and clear, upfront pricing so you can make informed decisions about your home’s plumbing and health. Ben Helton has built our reputation on over 20 years of reliable service and a 5-star commitment to excellence on every single job. When you hire us, you are supporting a locally owned company that truly cares about the well-being of its customers and their properties. You can count on us for the best residential water supply line services available in Central Texas today.
High water pressure is one of the leading causes of sudden supply line failure and expensive water damage in Cedar Park homes. If the pressure from the city main is above 80 PSI, it exerts constant, excessive force on every joint, valve, and hose in your plumbing system. Over time, this pressure causes the internal rubber in your flexible supply lines to weaken and eventually burst. It also leads to “pinhole” leaks in copper piping as the water erodes the metal at a faster rate than intended. We recommend installing a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) to keep your home’s plumbing at a safe and consistent level.
Symptoms of high pressure include “banging” sounds in your walls, running toilets, and dripping faucets throughout the house. Many homeowners don’t realize their pressure is too high until a major pipe failure occurs in their utility room or kitchen. Our technicians include a free pressure check as part of our standard service to identify this hidden threat to your home’s infrastructure. We provide honest recommendations on the best way to stabilize your system and extend the life of your expensive water-using appliances. A properly adjusted PRV acts as a permanent shield for your home’s water distribution network and saves you money on future repairs. We prioritize these preventative measures to help our neighbors avoid the stress of a plumbing emergency.
If your home already has a PRV, it may have failed if you are noticing a sudden increase in leaks or fixture noise. These valves contain rubber diaphragms that can tear or become stiff after several years of service in Central Texas hard water. We can test and replace a failing valve to restore the safety and balance of your residential water supply. Our team uses professional-grade, adjustable valves that allow us to set the perfect pressure for your specific household needs. We take pride in the technical excellence of our pressure management services and the long-term security they provide. Trust Whitestone Plumbing for the most reliable and professional water supply line protection available in the local area today.
